did Elizabeth but didnt keep track of time, had a little situation with the kiddos but i finished it!
Worked on overhead squats with Dymphna today & I increased my PR from 51 to 75#...I'm sooooo happy! It was great getting some one-on-one time with D.
I agree Michelle was nice to work with you and I am so impressed with your improvements! You'll have BW OHS before we know it! Have fun on your trip...

2 x 10 x 115lb HPC5 x 5 x 135lb PC with5 x 5 x 20lb weighted PU alternatingfollowed by 1 x 5 x 145lb PCand 1 x 3 x 145lb PCand 3 x 3 x 25lb weighted PUFinally got a Phys Therapy consult for my knees. Hopefully I'll get rid of this pain finally.
