Worked on overhead squats with Dymphna today & I increased my PR from 51 to 75#...I'm sooooo happy! It was great getting some one-on-one time with D.

2 x 10 x 115lb HPC

5 x 5 x 135lb PC with
5 x 5 x 20lb weighted PU alternating
followed by 1 x 5 x 145lb PC
and 1 x 3 x 145lb PC
and 3 x 3 x 25lb weighted PU

Finally got a Phys Therapy consult for my knees. Hopefully I'll get rid of this pain finally.
