* I know horrible time however I am very happy that I could finally complete a workout with Double Unders!! Also I had to do abmat instead of GHD because I had some weird back cramping going on when I was doing the GHD however I was able to do the hip ext.
Ah forgot to add that I did an OHS ladder with Jess using 45# I only made it 10 rounds I had to redo round 9 so did a total of 64 OHS. The goal is to make it to 20 rounds so going to try to add a round a week.
