* going to go lower on the weight on the 5x5 and try to slowly work my way up to get a pr on one rep max. I'm going to try to do it once a week.

*also doing the burpee so 5 today. I did 6 my accident.

Did 5x5 Bench Press

65, 75, 85, 95, 105

Swam 800m this morning, tread water 15 Min afterwards.

6 Push Ups ( no burpees till the knee is better)
