I love all these new WOD's main site is coming up with... I just wish i could squat! Think I will do power snatch for this tomorrow, looks like fun!

Squat snatch was weak and could have been lower. Something else to work on.

ab twist: 100 x 22.5

Burpees: 21 (had to buy in for the missed days)

That sucked so bad!

Dont know my time ill get that from Jess, but I watched some of the ladies this morning do it but they did not squat, so i had to dig in to my inner competitive self and do the full Squat Snatch from begining to end.
Thats was good! needed that kick in the butt. Oh and used 15lbs dumbell

*That kicked my butt I don't have the coordination to get in the full squat so well call it PS. I really need to work on that lift. I tore my hands in 6 places first time my hands have torn in almost 3 years of CF and it happened in the middle of the second set of pull ups so needless to say finishing up was not much fun.
