Family came over for dinner so I wasn't able to workout till late and I'm tired so did the ALT

*also started the burpee challange Jessica found basically everyday you add a burpee from 01 Aug till 08 Nov which is 100 days and total of 5050 burpees UGH!!

Finally got around to this one, and scaled a lot and focused on form to keep my knees progressing.
