What's the muscle-up alternative for fatboys who cannot do a muscle-up yet like me?

Nate: 9 rounds, however, I did four kipping pull-ups instead of two muscle-ups. The rest I completed as RX'd. I need to keep working on my shoulder strength. I cheated a little on the handstand push-ups. I need to go down farther, I'm sure. I used a 75lbs dumbbell, as the gym didn't have kettlebells. I was sucking wind after the fifth or sixth round. A couple people thought I was crazy. :-)
