Thats a nice Alt. I will make up the pj's and bs's later, metcons are great for the time crunch of being on the road. Got my 33 burpees in too, with lots of funny looks, takes some of the suck out of the burpees!

tried 190 3 times but when i would come back up i just get stuck but thats why i like having people around watching my form to correct me, i do lean forward too much after looking at pictures.

And happy to say i kipped 2 times in a row and i didnt drop back down, was pretty excited about that.
