i despise deadlift!!! my least favorite...:( i'm actually looking forward to getting my sweat on. :)

I am guilty as charged! I have been skipping the lifts.... mainly due to time constraints, and lack of peer pressure. i have been running doing metcon's and good old burpees. I will make up this cycle next week!
