poor performance today, shoulder hurt, and just overall not motivated...
95, 115, 135, 135, 135
2 x 10 x 45lb front/back shoulder press (front press, then back press = 1 rep)
1 x 10 x 65lb
2 x 5 x 75lb
4 x rounds tabata sit ups
12 burpees
Clean & Jerk - 3X5: 135, 155, 175, 175, and 185. 1K row too. I'm sure my form was horrible. I need to drop under the weight more when I clean, but I'm a little hesitant to get down that far. I'm afraid I'll get stuck and stay that way. I guess more practice is required. :-)
