Body weight bench press
Pull-ups
Body weight back squat

Post reps for all three exercises in all rounds.

Apparently, despite losing about 2 inches around my waist, I gained 5lbs...

10 x 45lb thrusters
10 x 65lb thrusters
10 x 75lb thrusters

I discovered that squatting without shoes keeps my knees from popping, and keeps them tracking over my toes.
