Jake and I did Filthy 50's today as an alternate WOD. Jake smoked me again with a 36:09. I ended up with a 45:41. This WOD is definitely a "mind over matter" kind of thing. Thanks Rick for motivating/instructing me through the wall balls and burpees. They were tough.
you know i can't stand running so i rowed instead. felt guilty for missing "fight gone bad" yesterday so i rowed 10K instead of 3K. did it in 1 hour and 1 minute.
2 mi 12:25, close to 3k... did the 50 in the gym, after, w/out the jump rope. i maybe gone for a week or so due to work, bad timeing! take it easy guys, i will keep up the burpees!
* I know horrible but anyone that knows me knows I HATE running and always skip the WODs. I was reminded again at the seminar this weekend that you should do the things you dislike cause it makes you improve in the things you enjoy. I tried to keep a slow steady pace (obviously) I was playing around with some on the pose tips on the way back and I think my way back was faster than the first mile.
