hey guys, i came in this afternoon, sorry i missed you, i made up the pj WOD, maxed out @ 135,yeah...rowed 5k and did my burpees to make my self feel better. see you in the morning.

GET SOME!!!

The powers that be here are opening a new gym and promised us a crossfit space. Well, they did, and then they made a rule that no freeweights, no dropping weights, and no high-impact (to the precious floor) movements were allowed in the area we were given.

So... I won't be able to do Linda as they have left us gymless...
