oh man...i remember this one.
yeah and D c'mon you could have picked a better ALT....the bench sounds good, actually to me nothing is worse than MURPH so far.

However did chest to the ground burpees and double unders for the first time. I was just dying today I really thought I was going to throw up the burpees were horrible.
