Oh yeah! that's what im talking about! Thanks for the alternate i think ill pass, now the Filthy fifty dont seem that bad anymore compared to Murph!

I'd love to do this one, but I no longer have a gym that welcomes me...
Maybe I'll do fran outside since I can still do that one.
Did Fran instead, scaled to 75lbs, because I still suck at Fran...

Wow, that is the worst WOD that i have done yet, or i should say, the worst a WOD has done me... i had to scale the heck out of the weights

time was 23 something, could have gone up alot more in BP and PC
DL 155 ( gonna try 165 next time)
BP 75 (could have done 80)
PC 65 ( this was to easy could do 80lbs next time)
I think i need to invest in a pair of lifting shoes or whatever you call them, worked on kippings
Did the work here at the barbell cert today. Basically 5 x 5's on back squat (low-bar), shoulder press and bench press. No significant weight, mostly technique and teaching cues.
Burpees: 36 + 37 (two days worth)
Same as Rick ugh burpees are really sucking I am breaking them up a lot especially when I have to make up a day. Cert is going well learning some good tips to pass on to you guys.
