For time 30, 25, 20, 15, 10, and 5 rep rounds of:
Virtual shoveling
Push-ups

With an Olympic bar holding only one plate (men use 45 pound plate, women use 25 pound plate), touch the plate on one side of the barrier then the other for one "rep." Barrier is 24."

Lower back is dead, just like shoveling the driveway after a foot of snow...

*That workout SUCKED I kept loosing count and I was doing the shoveling all wrong the first two rounds. Being 5ft was not a benefit today!

This morning I did the alt workout

HPC: worked up to 100(pr)
*also added in some of my secret weapons which I would post but trying to keep it from Nat :)
