I was thinking no way I am running a 5k on my bday so I'll do my favorite DL perhaps I'll get a PR. Ah yeah right!! I couldn't even get 205 to budge and that is 42# off my pr. After 3 tries I scratched DL and moved on to SP and yet again not even close to my pr. So obviously not a great day for me as far as working out. I probably should have just taken a rest day. Oh well...
