With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Of course that looks like a good WOD and I have to sit it out! I'll have to remember to try that when I can lift over 5lbs again!

I'm not sure if I did this WOD correctly or if this is a decent score, but I lasted 17:52 before I hit muscle failure. That equates to five full sets of 1 rep @ 1 min., 2 reps @ 1 min., and 3 reps @ 1 min. I completed a total of three reps in the last two 1 min. segments and failed when I attempted the remaining three reps in one minute. Does that even make sense?!? LOL :-)

did 65lbs for 8min

and 5 k row
could have used more weight. was not feeling it today

only did 6 minutes with 60lbs...think i slept wrong way last night and ended up pulling something in my neck today. could have gone longer, but didn't want to mess it up any more...

did 65# for 7 min...thought I was feeling normal til I went for a 35 minute easy run & had to race to the restroom...hmmm
