9 mile run instead of WOD...although I think Barbara may have been just as hard if not harder
Made up the 135lbs clean and jerk WOD.
6 rounds + 6.
trey and i tackled a swingset today for emmy...no wod could have been more mentally and physically challenging (as embarrasing as that is to say)!!
Yet another rest day for me... 17 more to go!
