D whats the womens weight on this, its thanksgiving here so ill be getting back in the gym tuesday but defenitly got some jogging in and some Pull ups at the park

Broke down and did a very "light" workout today.

1k Row slow pace
and some light shoulder work with 8# DB
Lunges

* Doc said 5# since I do CF I think I can safely get away with 8# ;)

I got to the gym late today because of the Redskins' game. They are really frustrating! Anyway, I completed five rounds instead of seven because the gym guy actually told me to stop and leave when they closed @ 1700. Can you believe that?!? What's up?I did five rounds in 13:45 with the RX'd weight. I know I would have finished but it was getting hard during the fifth round.
