I rowed the 5k...26 something was my time. Did front squat progression & I'm happy to announce a new pr (first in weeks)!!! Jon helped me out with form & D kept piling on the weights 'cause she said I'd regret it otherwise. thanks!
I think it was: 45,55,60, 65,70,75,80,85,90x1...I chickened out to try to failure. not sure what I'm afraid of. Regardless...new pr...woo hoo!

front squats: 65, 75, 85, 95, 105, 110, 115, x1 120, x1 125 (PR), x1 130 (PR), x1 135 (f)

Did the Alt and stayed light on the weight because of the ear and pressure.

45,55,60,65,70,75,80

Also did a little rowing.

Ok. My buddy and I ran the 5k in 37:43. It might sound slow but let me explain... There was like this HUGE hill at the 2k mark. I'm not kidding - HUGE. Anyway, the gravity was really strong for some reason and kicked my butt. Anyway, it affected out time as you can imagine. Is that a good enough excuse? LOL
