Yes, JR however from the floor and not the hang position. Prepare to be sore full cleans are no joke. Have fun!!

well i havent done any WOD yet but im hoping to check out Crossfit Ottawa thursday or friday since Jesse leaves tomorrow, Oh and my nutrition here is horrible! thought i might ad that in.
