I did yesterday's WOD today because I didn't have a way to weight myself for pullups.
Five X's for time:
135lbs DL, 15 reps
135lbs HPC, 12 reps
135lbs FS, 9 reps
135lbs PJ, 6 reps
Time: 49:49
I thought I might pass out but I recovered and feel pretty darn good right about now. :-)
Day 6 off mandatory rest for me. Starting to feel a little better only 15 more days UGH! Of course they keep posting all my favorite WODS. I'm sure when I get back it will be all running!
