Any advice on the snatch WOD? I haven't done snatches before.
don't remember my progression. All i know is that I maxed at 62#...beating Dymphna's old pr by 1lb...hooray! 3rd time was a charm thanks to Dymphna's encouragement.
22-32-42-47-52-57(f)-55-57-58-61-63(f)
Don't ask! Let's just say I'm not very fond of this lift.
MIchelle and Jen you both did really well today for the first time doing full snatch. Both had really deep full squat we'll keep working on cleaning up your technique and you'll both be throwing around more weight.
JR I'm sorry we are not there to help you it's the hardest lift to learn...
Light Warm Up- 60, 62, 65(f), 65, 67, 70, 75, 77(PR)
I tried like 5 times to get 80# but it just wasn't happening tonight!
Nice job today ladies and good job tonight Tin!
