Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:
95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

or

150 burpees for time.

Thanks for all of the pointers. It was fun seeing the gym and meeting everyone. Thanks for the help with my boys, Michelle and Jen, and for the high bar that you set using the full female weight. I did 6 rounds plus 5 and 3.

Completed 5 1/2 rounds using 95lbs in 20 minutes. I didn't finish the SDL's. Boy, I need to quit missing WODs and get back in a routine.

I just wanted to say I was so impressed today with you guys (girls) for doing the workout as RX'd for females. Everyone pushed really hard and put out some good numbers.

*Also Tun never post her times or numbers but today she was just shy of 9 rounds! That chick is strong!
