* I know slow I just kept hitting muscle fatigue. 3 weeks off didn't help me.
I didn't keep individual times, as I kept the clock running, but I completed the WOD in 12:39 as RX'd. So... Here's the CrossFit math 12:39 - 6:00 = 6:39 and 6:39 divided by 3 = 2:13 per 400. Right???? LOL :-)
Actually, JR, it's 6:39 / 4 not 3, so it's more something like:
1:40 per, not bad at all
