Ok. I kind of liked that. My leg strength is getting better and I'm starting to be able to squat with more confidence. It was my first time doing thrusters like this, so I was a little hesitant. I think I'll be able to do more weight next.

Not a good day for me on the strength cycle yet again. Seems I am about 10# off on all of my previous PRs.

* I have some kind of pull or tear in my leg that hurts when I squat so I went low on the BS planed on 5x5 but hurt too much so only did 2 sets.
