Oh yeah! I've been looking for a WOD like this. I love tearing up my hands - sick I know. I'm still waiting on my Wall Ball and rings to arrive. What's up with that?
I hated this workout the last time and I hated it this time. The burpees just kill me...a shameful 31:13
24 minutes doing jumping pull-ups for most of it...much harder than I expected
My first day back working out so I am happy :)Worked on split jerk with Nat and Tun55,65,75,80,85,90,95, 100(f), 97(f)*Overall very happy to see didn't loose much strength in my 3 weeks off.
Im glad you can work out again D, shouldnt you have been doing some snatch today :) Nice work!
