Did alt wod today in 29:40 with jumping pull-ups instead of regular. (maybe now I can stop dreaming of box jumps!) :)

Did alt wod with Jen today & she KICKED MY BUTT...way to go Jen! 31:26 It was fun working out with someone again & Jen was a good push for me...good job today girl!

Erin was rough - WOW. My biceps are barking and burning like nobody's business! I completed the WOD in 35:52. I kind of liked the 40lbs dumbbell split cleans. My legs are starting to develop and I feel a lot stronger in my thighs and buttocks. I used to hate working my legs but I'm starting to change my mind at this point.
