ryan: substituted 21 pull-ups and 21 dips for the 7 muscle ups. also did full burpees (first time ever!). started out with kips, but ripped hand open again so finished with jumping pull-ups. time was 34:27

Ummm...big ooops...I only did 3 rounds this morning & I just realized I was supposed to have done FIVE...THAT's why D said, "You're on 4???" I'm a dork...with a VERY bad time 29:43...3 rounds :(

Did the first 2 rounds as rx'd, then switched to 3x pull-ups / dips because of elbow. Was sucking.

I completed the WOD in 19:55. I did 4 PUs and 4 regular dips, instead of muscle ups. I need to figure something out because I really want to start working on my ring dips and muscle ups. My goal is at least one or two MUs by New Years Eve. :-)
D i just realized that there was Burpees in this WOD oh well i dont feel bad about missing this one....you know how natalie loves those Burpees, i made a promise to myself and im keeping it...lol
That's funny Nat I told Jen today I bet Nat does a no-show because of the burpees!
I need to correct my post I think. After some deep thought and analysis, I believe I completed the WOD in 29:55, not 19:55. Michelle (aka: stud) usually beats my time, so I think I might have posted an erroneous score by accident. We'll verify the next time Ryan comes around. :-)
