SP wod sucked bad. I didn't have strength, traps and lower back sore from kb wod and was not "hyped" for that wod but I am happy with BP.

I did the Alt and Sub 45# SP for HSPU

17:10 much tougher than I expected and I think I pulled something in my shoulder.
