ME Squats: 7 x 3 x 315SU: 2 x 150DU: 3 x 60SU: 2 x 150L-sit: 3 x 15 sec.Was gonna do 305 as that was the next increment, but seeing Tim post 315 motivated me to keep pace. Now if only I was within throwing distance on the bench!
BP: 7x3x90(pr)*that was tough but very happy I got them all!
