Post loads to comments.

Take each clean from the ground and catch in a squat.

Metcon day. Decided to make up the Filthy Fifty from Tuesday.

Box jump: 1:35.1
Jumping pull-ups: 1:15.2
Kettlebell swings: 1:54.3 (35# db)
Walking Lunge: 1:48.9
Knees to elbows: 2:54.2 (last 40 laying down- too snowy/windy outside)
Push press: 1:54.1
Back extensions: 2:49.0
Wall ball shots: 3:23.6 (12# pound ball)
Burpees: 7:40.1
Double unders: 2:05.3

Total: 26:19.8 (pr)

Subs are noted in parenthesis. I used the stop watch w/ splits on the iPhone for timing. Split time started as soon as event was over, so they reflect transition on the front end and any rest during. This is a nice benchmark to gauge progress and effect of subs on each piece of the WOD. Looking to crush that burpee time next go around!
