Power cleans. Used hook grip for the first time.

1 x 3 x 60kg (132#)
1 x 3 x 60kg+20# (152#)
1 x 3 x 80kg (176#)
1 x 3 x 80kg+20# (196#)
1 x 1 x 100kg (220#)

Only marginally better this time than back in September. Same plateau at 220#. I need to move faster!
