Subbed 800m elliptical LV3 and 45 degree roman chair.
Decided to do Cindy since this would be my first time as Rx'd I figured I would do horrible and to my surprised I got 3+5 pr :)

All pull-ups were unbroken but by the last 5 rounds of push ups I was breaking them up a lot. I need to really work on push ups...
