I found this nifty website, http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/OlympicLifts/CleanAndJerk.html, which has what appears to be good instruction on how to do lifts properly. When you're on the road or in the CrossFitClarksville (FWD) Division :-), and you don't have Dymphna or Rick nearby, I guess this site could help.
Right now (8:37AM), I'm feeling a little froggy. I'm thinking I might try to complete both WODs today. I've got a couple errands to runs this morning, so we'll see how I feel in the afternoon when I go to the gym.
JR, I love that website I actually have it linked on my blog. That's where I got a lot of the accessory work I like to do to help work on the lifts. You are making great progress and we miss you at the gym!

First time doing clean and jerk. My husband helped me with form.

Then I did several more with 45# to practice form.
did these on separate days. first time on C/J so i did about 10 practices with the bar as well as some tips from another guy at the gym.
