I subbed 50 sit ups, and scaled down to 225 after the first round

Next time I will do the full 50 sit-ups or at least 30 on an incline. DL needs to stay the same though! I'm gonna be hurting.

Hopefully, I'll get back up to CF a couple of mornings next week.

My time was 37:22 with 135# for DL and 1st time ever doing GHD.

*no pr on snatch however today was the first time I felt like I was actually dropping under the weight instead of PS and OHS together. So that makes it a good day.
