Did Angie as Rx'd for 1st time: 33:57 with tore up hands...very proud of myself. (The pull-ups alone took me just over 15 min)

Nice time on Angie Michelle! I think my best is 36 something. Push-ups take me the longest.

:) I am extremely happy I finally reached a goal I have had for 3 years.

250# DL!!!!

I also got a PR of 81# on SP I haven't been able to break 77 in months.

So I would say the strength cycle is working.

First workout since Wednesday...ugh...

I played a little bit trying OHS...not so good. Oh well...gotta start somewhere. I also practiced kipping, thrusters and rode the bike for a bit.

I get to make the trip up the CF tomorrow. See you then.
