Afterward, I completed three rounds of 35 sit ups, 25 squats, 15push ups, and 10 pull ups.

Those are some killer numers guys! Due to time and lack of patience i did a metcon. 4 rounds for time of:
25 pull ups
25 lunges
25 knees 2 elbows
25 thrusters w/a 45lb plate
25 push presses w/a 45lb plate
25 KB swings w/35lb dumbbell
25 burpees
took me 38ish minutes to get this one done. Anyone who wonders why pay to work out in a crossfit gym try and crossfit in a normal gym, entertaining but maneuvering around people gets old!

Thanks! I hear you Joe. I deal with that stuff every day. Luckily, I get to go to the gym when it's not too full. It's still makes things difficult though. I need to win the lottery so I can pay these high prices out here. LOL
