Pull-ups
Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.
Compare to 081106.

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.

OK, so I didn't have anyone to spot me, and I really rather felt like working up a good sweat, so I did:

1 PC, 3 SC, 2 PJ @ 135
50m sprint
Do the above five times, then rest three minutes, repeat, rest three minutes, repeat. Keep total time and splits.
bp (w/65#): 8, 8, 7, 7, 6
pullups: 15, 15, 17, 13, 13
did ab workout at home
worked on bp and then cleans with a new pr of 95#
