OK, so I didn't have anyone to spot me, and I really rather felt like working up a good sweat, so I did:

21-15-9
115lb hc&j
push up
4-ct flutter kick
12:36

2 x 10 sp @ 45; 2 x 10 sp @ 65
random pull ups
3 x 21 KB Swings @ 35lb

Oh, and if anyone out there's interested in some fun, try this:

"Three minute assault"
3 sets of 5 rounds
1 PC, 3 SC, 2 PJ @ 135
50m sprint

Do the above five times, then rest three minutes, repeat, rest three minutes, repeat. Keep total time and splits.
