I released, dropped and the re-engaged on the last four sets. I'm still having weight problems. LOL!!! I guess I'm disqualified. The 400m runs felt good. I used a treadmill @ 7:03 min. miles.
Joe - If you're doing 30 pull ups at one time, you need to gain some weight. Ha! Ha!
