I got in my burpees and the CFE 35min run, i ran little over 5 miles, then an extra mile b/c i got lost.... yeah... can't wait to get back to a place where its cool to sweat on the floor, and bleed on the P/U bar! See you guys tomorrow!

Yeah, the 5K was the Bagram turkey trot, and when we started the workout we thought it wouldn't be that bad...
