5 mile bike ride with my sister.

*ear was bleeding this morning so figured perhaps the specialist from Vanderbilt knows what he's talking about and I'm not going to mess with the weights again till I get the thumbs up. I have to say it's driving me crazy seeing everyone lifting and not being able to!
