Did 120 pull-ups and 120 dips. Time was 39:17. Had to switch from kips to 2-bands around #85 because of left hand ripping.
Also did BSx21 starting at 55# and working up to 160#. 165# was a no go!
BSx21 45,50,55,60,65,70,75,80,85,90,95,100,105,110,115,120,125,130(f)
and 45 min of Yoga at the Y
that said 125, 130(f)

Still feeling a little under so a quick one.

*Nat came timed me kept track of my rounds really helped push me through.
This morning did BS21 with Jen 55-160
*took me 4 times to get 160 wasn't going quite below parallel.
