I did this workout with TM I had zero desire to workout and I was cranky. But still went with my slow and steady approach. We ended in a tie.

Thanks Tammy :) I have to say though Michelle came in and kicked all of our butts. She was the victorious one today. Her time was 16 something. Everyone did a great job today!
