Did yesterday's CFE which kicked my butt at the Y...
Tabata Run 12% incline...yuck.

Since I was at the Y I just did straight sets of DL...

then did 3x5 deadlift at 135 # since WOD sucked so much

dl 165,175,185,195,200,205(f),205(f),205...finally! not a pr though...i don't think i'll ever get above 205. did i mention i despise dl?!
