9 minutes off my PR but I think my hamstring may be a little better after yesterday's deep tissue massage...but I won't ever get one of those the day before a race again!!

Thanks, Michelle. I am interested to see what your new PR will be with all of the CFE and CFE. I hope to break my half PR (1:53) next month when I will hopefully be injury free!
