Tim_t. That would be great! I've been doing CF on my own since I PCS'd to Ft. Belvoir. I can't afford the CF gyms around here. I do return to Clarksville from time to time to visit my kids. I definitely need some motivation every now and then. I hope to visit the gym a couple times between 29 March and 5 Apr. I have no idea when I'll get back after that. Stay safe, brother.

Did CFE this morning on treadmill:Cover as much distance as possible in each of the specified time intervals.

Was able to start at a 7:24 pace and end at a 6:55 pace. My 6min TT was .83miles.
CF WOD this afternoon: used 63# for squat cleans. Time: 16:26
Hi JR, Joe's on a trip, he should be back sometime in July. He's doing great, keeping up with the WODs. He can't post on the blog though - the site is blocked over there.
