am:
CFE this morning- Run: 10 x 200m with 5 times the recovery (if it takes 40 seconds to run the 200m then you recover 3:20)
I set the treadmill to level 10, so I was springing at a 6mi pace.
pm: DL 5x5
Since I did back squat yesterday I did DL today: 125,135,145,155,165(x3)
