Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press
Pull-ups

Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.

or

"Grace"

135 pound Clean and Jerk, 30 reps

Use 95 pounds, 65 pounds or broomstick as needed and post time and load to comments.

Got another French Commando workout partner today. His name is David and happens to be best friends with my last French Commando partner from almost a year ago who was also named David. This was his first WOD, so I skipped my scheduled WOD and did 1/2 Lynne with about 90 second rest between sets. He did well. My sets w/ 185# bp.

15/20, 12/12, 8/11 = 35/43 = 78

WooHoo!!!!!!!

Using #65 I got 103.

I sucked Ass at pullups, I so need to work on them.

I just set a new Bench PR yesterday of 95. So now I am thinking, perhaps I wussed out, and should have gone heavier.

Oh well, there's always next time.

... sorry Nat, but you beat me on everything except Deadlift. So I'll take this little win. :)

Wanted to check some of my weights to make sure wasn't loosing strength and not happy to say didn't hit either of my previous prs.
