Lots of PRs in the gym today! Michelle I'm so happy for your pull up! TM did her first 5k row!! Nat learned to Snatch and Clean Jerk and well Jessica she CJ 117#. Great job guys...OH and Jon got 5 consecutive MU...

I rowed this morning with TM 3600m
Worked on Max Snatch I don't recall what I got to I think it was 51 Squat and 70 power. I'm too tired to go look. Also max on CJ only got 90# today I'm beat down from Elizabeth. And than tonight had Krav so I'm wore out.
